Badami zafrani Aloo mutton Korma

Ingredients :
Mutton 4 kg...
Ginger garlic paste. 5 to 6 garlic pods and 2 ginger full pao
Onions. 8 to 10 ontbsp
Korma masala. 1 packet
Red pepper powder. 3 to 4 tbsp
Termeric powder. 1 tbsp
All spice powder. 2 tbsp
Zafran. Saffron. 2 tbsp
Almonds. 2 to ,3 tbsp
Aloo potatoes. 2 - 1/2 kg cubes
Yugurt dahi. Half kg
Tomatoes. 4
Oil. 1 cup
Ghee. 2 tbsp
Red pepper powder. 1 tbsp
Green chillies. 8
Corriender leaves. Half bunch
Method :
Heated oil add onion and fry till golden then leave from pan and set aside.
Heated oil and add mutton and whole spices cloves,bay leaves,black cardamom, cinnamon stick, and cook in oil few minutes. Mutton ko bhunna hai oil main
Then add ginger garlic paste and cook few minutes. Add yogurt dahi and korma masala and cook.
Blend onion and yogurt mixture  and add in mutton mixture. Cook mutton and all sizzlings and yogurt and cook till yogurt dries.
Then add water and cook till mutton tender
Then boil potatoes half done then add in mutton mixture and cook. Then cooking done add yogurt dahi mix saffron zafran and garam masala and green cardamom powder  green chillies and almonds. Then garnish with green chillies ,corriender leaves and almonds and serve.
