3 Tier  Cream Cake

Eggs. 12 ...
Caster sugar. 12 ounce
Flour. 12 ounce
Baking powder. 2- 1/2 tsp
Vanilla essence. 2 tsp
Whipy whip cream 1 packet
Cake pan
Frill nozzle
Petal nozzle tip
Leaf nozzle tip
Method
Preheated oven at 180 c degree.
Grease your cake pan with oil.
Sieve flour and baking powder and set aside.
Beat eggs and add gradually add sugar. 1 tbsp at a time, then beat eggs 10 to 15 minute till eggs double in volume . then stop beat and add and fold flour mixture in egg mixture with spatula and well mix. Pour in a cake pan and tap in a counter and bake for 25 to 30 minutes .
Inserted toothpick in a center of a cake that becomes comes out clean. Cool in a wire rack.
Then plaster your cake with whipy whip cream.
Make frill and flower and serve.
