Kali Mirch 8 se 10, garlic clove 4 se 5, adrak ka 1 tukra aur salt , sounf 1 tbsp daal ke pressure cooker mainya halki aanch per 4 se 5 hours take pakne dain yakhni tayaar ho jaye GI phir oil garam kar ke onion golden kar ke Ginger garlic paste daal kar aur much sabut garam masala daal kar aur mutton daal kar aur yakhni daal kar pakayain aur phir rice add kar dain 3 se 4 payali aur pani dry hand dain phir dam pe rakh dain pehle 5 minute tez aanch per phir 10 minutes halki aanch per.
