Roast Chicken Legs

Ingredients
Chicken Legs. 1 kg
Vinegar 2 tbsp...
Ginger garlic paste. 2' 2 tbsp
Green chillies. 4
Yogurt. 1 Cup + 2 tbsp
Gramflour. Half Cup
Crush black pepper. 1 tbsp
Crush red pepper. 1 tsp
All spice powder. 1 tsp
Chaat masala or tandoori masala. 2 tbsp
Crush cumin seeds. 1 tbsp.
Method : Wash chicken legs and put on cuts on chicken legs then add vinegar put on and leave for half hour. Make ginger garlic paste with green chillies and set aside.
Then in a bowl add all ingredients and mix well.
And add all chicken legs on merinate batter and leaves for 3 to 4 hours .
Preheated oven for 180 degrees bake legs for 35 to 40 minutes.
And serve.
Note:
Baking tray ko foil se cover kar lain phir legs rakhain.
