Ingredients :
Channe ki daal. Half payali
Yellow lentil. Half payali...
Red lentil. Half payali
Garlic paste. 1 tbsp
Red pepper powder. 2 tsp
Termeric powder. Half tsp
Salt. 1 tsp
Sambhar powder. 1 tbsp
For temper. tarka
Onion. 1 small
Green chillies. 5 to 6
Oil. 1 /4 cup
Corriender leaves. For garnish
Method Wash and soak all lentils and leave for 1 hours.
Then add all ingredients and pressure cook and also cook in a pan and cook till done. Water dries and 5 minutes Cook and then make tarka to daal. Heat oil and fry onion till golden then add green chillies and put tarka on lentils and serve. Garnish with green chillies and corriender leaves.
