Ingredients
Veil mince. Half kg
Ginger garlic paste. 1 tbsp...
Raw papaya. 1 tbsp
Hung curd. Half cup pani nikili howi dahi
Crush cumin seeds. 1 tsp
Crush corriender. 1 tsp
Bhune channe. 4 tbsp
All spice powder. 1 tbsp
Green cardamon illaichi. Half tsp
Red pepper powder. 1-1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder. Half tsp
Onion pisi howi. Half. Pani nikaal ke
Method :
Qeema wash kar ke pani nikaal lain. Phir raw papaya ,salt aur Ginger garlic paste laga kar qeeme ko merinate kar lain aur fridge main 1 se. 2 hours ke liye rakh lain.
2 hours ke baad fridge se qeema nikaal lain aur baqi masale add kar dain. Aur gola kabab shape de dain. Aur doobara fridge main rakh dain for 30 minutes then skeures main ya shashlik sticks main laga kar grill garam karain aur tamam kabab grill kar lain. Skeuers ko kuch mints pani main bhigo kar rakhain phir kabab sticks per lagayain. End main aik pan main tamam kababs daal kar coal koyle ka douwa smoke dain and serve.
