Maxican Grilled Chicken Enchaladas

Ingredients For chicken Merination Chicken breast 3
Ginger garlic paste. 1 tbsp...
Mustered powder. 1 tsp
Black pepper. 1tsp
Red pepper powder. 1tsp
Enchilada sauce. 4 tbsp
Lemon juice. 3 lemons
Salsa ingredients
Tomatoes. 4
Garlic. 2 clove garlic
Lemon juice. 2 lemons
Corriender leaves. Half bunch
Green chillies. 3
Black pepper powder. 1 tsp
Salt. Half tsp
Salsa. For serving
Enchalada sauce. For serving
Method Mix all salsa ingredients and keep in refrigerator for cold.
Marinate chicken breast for 2 hours and set aside.
Boil vegetables and set aside.
Then grilled the chicken steak and serve with enchalada sauce and salsa and boiled vegetables.
