Green Velvet Cupcakes with Cream cheese frosting Recipe Sumaira Kanwal Naqvi
Ingredients :
Eggs. 2
Oil. 1- 1/2. Cup...
Caster Sugar. 1-1/2. Cup
Flour. 2-1/2. Cup
Baking powder. 1-1/2 tsp
Baking soda. Half tsp
Coco powder. 1 tbsp
Vanilla essences. 1 tsp
Buttermilk. 1 Cup
Vinegar. 1 tsp
Green color. 4-5 drops
Method : In a bowl mix dry ingredients Flour, coco powder, baking powder, baking soda, salt
In a bowl mix all wet ingredients oil ,buttermilk, eggs, vanilla essences, vinegar, green color
Beat wet ingredients then add dry ingredients
Pour mixture in cupcake pan and bake for 180 c degree for 12 to 15 minutes.And serve.
