Made hong Kong sponge cake
Cream cheese. 1 tab
Whipy whip cream. 200 g...
Coffee powder. 6 tbsp
Water. 1 cup
Cocopowder. For sprinkle
Icing sugar.
For Hong Kong Sponge Cake Recipe
Ingredients :
Egg yolks. 4
Egg whites. 4
Sugar. 1-1-2 tbsp
Oil. 2 tbsp
Milk. 2 tbsp
Vanilla essence. 1 tsp
Flour. Half cup
Cornflour. 1/3 Cup
For egg whites
Eggs. 4
Sugar. 6 tbsp
Salt. Pinch
Cream of tarter 1/4 ts
Method :
Mix all egg yolks ingredients and mix with whisk or beater then
Beat egg whites add salt and cream of tarter
And beat till form peaks then egg white mixture in egg yolks mixture. Pour batter in8" by 8" cake pan and bake for 180 c degree for 25 to 30 minutes.
Then cake divided into 2 parts
Beat cream cheese or maskerponi cheese and whipy whip cream till make soft peaks forms. Then cake moist with coffee mixture then apply cream cheese mixture then put 2nd cake piece and moist again with coffee mixture and apply cream cheese mixture. And freeze overnight or 4 hours till cake set .Then sprinkle some coco powder and icing sugar for decoration.
