Ingredients :
Sawiyaan. 2 Cup...
Milk. Half kg
Green cardamon. 4
Saffron zafran. Pinch
Ghee. 1-1/2 Cup
Dry milk powder. 1 Cup
Almonds pistachio. For garnish
Sugar. 1/4 cup
Orange color. 1 drop
Method In a pan heated ghee then add sawiyyan and cook till little golden.Then add dry milk powder and milk until you add milk (joohin aap milk add karain he milk phat jaye ga) then add cardamon powder and sugar. Or sugar syrup I only add sugar made sugar syrup( sirf sugar aur sheera bhi bana kar sawayyon main add kar sakte hain. Then sugar syrup is dry add saffron zafran and orange color and cook for 5 minutes more. And make dam or temper. The ghee leaves in a an then off the flame and garnish with almonds and pistachio and dedicated coconut and serve.
