Ingredients
Eggs. 12...
Caster sugar. 12 ounce
Flour. 12ounce
Baking powder. 2 tsp
Vanilla essence. 1 tsp
Salt. Pinch
Whipy whip cream. Half packet
10"by10" cake pan
Red color
Method Preheated oven on 180 C. Grease your pan with oil. Line yourpsn with butter paper.
Beat egg gradually add sugar 1 tbsp at a time. Beat eggs for 15 minutes till double in volume.
Then add flour mixture and fold in egg mixture with spatula and mix well. Pour batter in 10 " cake pan . Bake for 180c for 30 to 35 minutes.
Inserted toothpick in center of a pan that becomes comes out clean.
Beat whipped cream till soft peaks.Add red color and mix well. Decorated with whipy whip cream.
Then draw mehndi design in cake and serve.
