CHICKPEA EGG BIRYANI

Ingredients :
Rice                             3 payali
   Chickpea                1- 1/2   Cup
Egg                       4
Salt                        2 Tsp
Ginger  garlic Paste    1 Tbsp
Onion                            1 large
Red pepper powder        1 tsp
All spice powder            1 tsp
Biryani Masala                half Packet
Bay leaces                     1
Oil                                 Half Cup
Cloves cinnamon               3 to 4
Tomatoes                           3
Yogurt                                3 tbsp
Method :
Wash and soak rice and leave for 30 minutes.
Heated oil and add cloves ,bay leaves, cinnamon stick and fry then add onion and fry till golden add ginger garlic paste red pepper powder,
yogurt tomatoes and biryani masala nad cook for 2 minutes then add chicpeas and little water and cook. till thick.
Boiled rice with black pepper corn and mint leaves..Prepare chickpea masala
Then start assembling and layering rice and chickpea masala and make temper dam rice top add 2 tbsp yogurt and if you want yellow color add.
Dam at 5 minutes high heat then 10 min utes low heat
