Zafrani Chicken Biryani

Ingredients
Rice. 3 pao. Piyali
Chicken. Half kg...
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Tomato. 3
Yogurt. 3/4 Cup
Red pepper powder. 1 tsp
Salt. 1 tsp
Cloves. 5
Star anise. 3 badiyaan kar phool
Cinnamon sticks. 3
Black & green cardamon. 4
Onion. 1
Zafran strands. Pinch
Milk. 4 tbsp
Shan Biryani masala. 1packet
Red, green, yellow color. 2,2 drops
Method
Wash and soaked rice for 1 hour. And set aside.
Heated oil and fry chicken pieces and set aside.
Heated oil add onion and fry till golden. Add whole spices cloves , cinnamon stick, black& green cardamon add ginger garlic paste and cook for 1 minute add red pepper powder, salt and biryani masala and chicken cook add yogurt and cook till temper then add tomatoes puri then leaves oil in pan. Then set aside.
Boiled rice and set aside.
Then make layer in a. Pan . firstly grease pan with oil add some curry on it then add rice then. Chicken then corriender leaves and green pepper. In top layer add rice , chicken curry , corriender leaves and zafran mix milk and lemon juice . red , green , yellow color and make temper dam . dam for 5minutes in lowflame then 10minutes in low flame and serve
