ye village ka khas saag hai bazaar ka nahi hai. Meri ammi ne ya saag banaya hai.
Sarsoon ka Saag
Ingredients :
Sarsoon ka saag Mustered leavesa 2 bunch
Palak Spinach 1 bunch
Methi leaves fenugreek leaves 1 bunch
Bathoo ka saag Half bunch
Garlic cloves 4 to 5
Red crush pepper 2-1/2 tap
Haldi half tsp
Dhaniya powder 2 tbsp
Curd half kg Butter 2 tbsp
Cumin seeds 1 tsp optional
Oil 4 tbsp
Green chilies 5 to 6
Corn ka aatta ya white aatta 1 Cup
Method :
Wash palak, methi aur Sarsoon ka saag and cut. Wash very well in water than cut.
Sarsoon ke saag ki danddiyaan bhi katthe hain aik makhsoos tarika hai kAtne ka.
Aur alag rakh dain.
Boil 3 saag or green leaves altogether with green chillies and garlic clovesand with curd till done. Saag ko mesh nahi karna pissna nahi hai.Dry saag in curd till water is dry.
Heated oil add garlic cloves and saute for 1 minute than add crush red pepper, haldi termeric , dhaniya powder corriender seeds, dahi along with saag and cook for 5 minutes till done. Then add corn ka aata ya white aata and cook for more 5 minutes till done. In the end add butter 2 tbsp and serves.
