Mango Shrikhand
Recipe Sumaira Kanwal Naqvi
Ingredients
Hung curd. 2Cup
Mango puri. 3/4 Cup
Sugar. Half Cup
Saffron. Some strands pinch
Milk. 1 tbsp
Nutmeg powder. Pinch
Cardamon powder. 1 tsp
Method: 1 kg dahi ko malmal ke cloth main daal kar 1 hour latka dain hung curd 2 cup nikal aaye gi.
In a large bowl add hung curd and beat with whisk then add mango puri and whisk then add sugar and well mix with whisk. Add cardamon powder (illaichi powder) nutmeg (jayifal ) powder pinch and whisk.
Garnish with almonds and pistachio and mangoes and dishout and serve . Add in eid trolley
Method:Hang the curd in a muslin cloth for 3-4 hours or until all the water has drained off.Mango Shrikhand

Puree the mangoes. Add the thick hung curd to a blender along with cardamom powder, saffron and sugar. blend till smooth. pour shrikhand in individual serving bowls. chill and serve with hot pooris.
