Mango Cheese Cake
Ingredients :

Marie Biscuits. 1 packet
Butter. 4 tbsp...
Cream cheese. 8 cheese cubes
Hung curd. 1 kg
Sugar. 4tbsp
Whipy Whip cream. 2 Cups
Mango puri. 1 cup + 1cup
Yellow color. 2 drops
Gelatin. 1 tbsp
Water. 1/ 4 Cup
Mangoes. For garnish
Mango jam. 1cup
Method
Biscuit ko grind kar lain aur choora kar dain aur 4 tbsp butter mix karain . Freezer main set hone rakh dain 10 minutes me live.
Aik bowl main cream cheese ko beat karain phir hung curd daal kar beat kain sugar daal kar beat karain. Whipy whip cream daal kar beat karain.
1tbsp gelatin 1/4 cup water main dissolve karain aur halki aanch per warm karain jab thanda ho tu cream cheese mixture main daal dain .
Cream cheese mixture main mango puri daal kar beat karain . Gelatin mixture daal kar beat karain. Aur 8" by 8" cake pan main half mixture daalain aur 10 minutes ke liye freezer main rakh kar set karain .
Phir freezer se nikaal kar jam lagayain aur mango pieces rakhain aur baqi batter daal kar mango puri aur mangoes se decorate kar ke serve karain
