Chicken kulfa Saag

Ingredients
Chicken half kg
Spinch palak 1 bunch...
Kulfa saag 1 bunch
Onion 1
Garlic cloves 1 tbsp
Yogurt 1 Cup
Tomatoes 2
Red pepper powder 2 Tsp
Temeric powder 1 /4 tsp
Dhaniya powder 2 tsp
Green chillies 4
Corriender leaves 1 bunch
Method Wash spinch and kulfa saag in running water then cut.
Then boil both saag in little water.
Then mesh saag with half corriender leaves and set aside.
In a pan heated oil and add chicken and fry till golden. And set aside.
Heated oil and add onion and fry till golden. Then leave in a pan and onion blend with tomatoes yogurt garlic cloves and blend.
Heated oil add blended ingredients and cook add red pepper powder , haldi termeric corriender powder salt and chicken and temper chicken with masalas cook for 3 minutes then add both saag and close a lid and cook for 5 minutes add some water. Leave a lid and add whole green chillies and cook. Dish out and serve.
