Chicken Egg Noodles

Ingredients :
Chicken boneless cubes Half Kg...
Kolsan Egg Noodles 2 Packets
Red pepper powder 1 tsp
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Crush garlic 1 tsp
Capsicum 1
Soya Sauce 2 tbsp.
Holy basil siriracha sauce 2 tbsp.
Balsamic vinegar 2 tsp
Cornflour 2 tbsp.
Water 3 tbsp.
Sallt 1 tsp
Method : Heat oil in a pan. Add garlic and cook for one minute. Add chicken and cook for 3 to 4 minutes until it starts to brown , stir constantly. Add capsicum Shimla mirch cook another 1 minutes. Add red pepper powder, black pepper powder and salt and cook. Add soya sauce, siriracha sauce , balsamic vinegar , cook for 2 minutes until the capsicum are crisp and tender.
Dissolve cornflour in water in a small bowl and add to pan. Simmer for 2 minutes until the sauce thicken than add noodles and stir. And Serve in iftari.
