Ingredients For Kabab
Veil mince half kg
Raw papaya 1 tsp...
Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
Fried onion 1 small
Besan gram masala 2 tbsp
All spice powder 1 tsp
Red pepper powder 1 tbsp
Crush cumin 1 tsp
Green chillies 3
Corriender leaves few leaves
Ingredients for curry Onion 1 medium
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Tomatoes 3 large
Red pepper powder 1-1/2 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Green chillies 3
Lemon juice 2
Spring onion few leaves
Corriender leaves few leaves
Oil half Cup
Method for kabab Mix all ingredients in mince qeema then mesh in a chopper then make a shape of seekh kabab then fry till golden and set aside.
Mix karain qerma main tamam ajza kacha papita bhi laga ke rakhna hai. Phir chopper main qeema daal jar pees lain aur aik shashlik stick main laga kar seekh kabab ki shape dain aur oil main fry karain aur alag rakh dain
Method for Curry
Add oil in handi (mitti ki handi) then add onion and fry till light golden then add ginger garlic and cook for 1 minutes. Then add red pepper powder , salt, green chillies and tomatoes (tamater) and cook for five minutes then temper (bhunai) for few minutes. Then add kababs, lemon juice and Corriender leaves and cook for 5 minutes make a dam. In the end garnish with onion rings, spring onion and
Serve with paratha or naan .Garnish with corriender leaves and serve hot.
