Channe ki daal 1-1/2 payali
Louki ghiya 1 kg
Onion 1 medium
Ginger garlic paste 1,1 tbsp
Tomato 3
Dahi 2 tbsp
Red pepper powder 2 tsp
Haldi termeric half tsp
Dhaniya powder 2 tbsp
Green chillies for garnish
Corriender leaves for garnish
Method :
Wash and soak gram lentil for 1 hour and set aside.
Heated oil add onion and fry till golden. Sunehri hone tak piyaaz ko cook karain.
Add ginger garlic paste and cook for 1 minute then add all sizzlings all masalas and gram lentil chenne ki daal and temper for 2 minutes bhunai karain oil upper aane tak. Add chopped bottle gourd and water 2 to 3 cups till gram lentil and bottle gourd done perfectly.
Daal halki si gal jaye rab bhi asp ghiya dasl sakte hain aur saath bhi. Daal ko galne tak pakayain. Itna pani daslain ke daal achi si gal jaye. End main ginger julienne , green chillies and corriender leaves (hare dhaniye) se garnish kar ke garam garam roti ke saath serve karain.
