Kerriyaan half kg
Vinegar half cup
Jaggery gurh 2 dali
Chini half cup se less
Almonds 10 to 15
Dates 10 to 15
Ginger 2 tbsp
Crush red pepper 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Kolonji 1 tsp
Raisins kishmish 10 to 15
Pidina Mint half bunch
Method
Kerriyoon ko wash kar ko lambai kaat lain aur chilka uttar lain phir boil karain.
Badaam aur dates ko kaat kar mesh karain.
pees lain.
Tamam ingredients ko kerriyoon ke saath blend karain ya pehle kerriyasn blend karain badaam aur dates ko alag alag mesh kar ke phir kerriyoon main shaamil karain.
Ab vinegar, red pepper ,salt, Gurh( jaggery),sugar ,koloji dasl kar kuch derr aur pakayain aur phir thanda kar ke w hours ya 3 hours dhoop main rakh kar jar main bhar kar use karain.
