Homemade Mexican Enchiladas SauceRecipe Sumaira 
Ingredients :
Capsicum shimla mirch 1/3 Cup 
Finely chopped
Water 2/3 Cup
Red chilli powder 1 tbsp
Black pepper half tsp
Crush red pepper half tsp
Dried oregano half tsp
Cumin seeds zeera 1/4 tsp
Jalapeno pepper finely chopped half Cup
Garlic 2 -3 garlic cloves crushed
Tomato paste 1 tin or can
Lemon juice 1
Vinegar optional 1 tbsp
Method:
In a saucepan combine all enchilas sauce ingredients. Bring the mixture boil on medium heat and stirring. Once the mixture comes to a boil reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes until sauce thickened.
Pour on airtight jar keep refrigerator and serve
