GREEN CHICKEN KARAHI

Ingredients :
Chicken 1 kg
Ginger garlic paste 1 ,1 tbsp
Yugart 1 Cup
Green chillies 5 to8
Corriender leaves 1 bunch
Dry dill soya 2 tbsp
Dry basil 2 tbsp
Crush zeera 1 tbsp
Black pepper 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Oil 4 tbsp
Onion 1 large
Lemon juice 1
Green chillies and corriender leaves for garnish
Method :
Fry chicken in oil till golden. And set aside.
Heated oil add onion fry till golden. And set aside.
Blend all green masala in blender and set aside.
Heated oil add ginger garlic paste and cook for 1 minute. Add crush zeera , blend green masala and chicken add dahi yugart and cook for yugart's water till dry . Dahi ka pani khoushk hone tak pakayain. Tamam green masala aur chicken daal kar pakayain.
Then add green chillies. Off the flame and garnish with corriender leaves and green chillies and serve.
