Ingredients
Chuqander beetroot 1 kg...
Crush garlic 4 garlic cloves
Crush zeera cumin seeds 1 tbsp
Crush dhaniya cooriender seeds 1 tbsp
Mustered seeds Rai dana 1 tsp
Crush red pepper 1 tsp
Crush black pepper 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Green chillies 4 to 5
Cooriender leaves half bunch
Lemon juice 2 lemons
Method : Wash beetroot and boiled than meshed with potato crusher or blender.
Heated oil add mustered seeds till sprinkling sound than add crush zeera , corriander seed, crush red pepper. Than add garlic and cook add some water. Add black pepper and simmer for 5 minutes and cover a lid.
Than add green chillies and lemon juice , corriender leaves and flame off and serve.
Garnish with green chillies and corriender leaves
Note :
You can use tomatoes and yugart in bhujia ad well maine nahi use kiye.
