Ingredients For Merination
Egg                               half
Black soya sauce       1 tbsp
Light soya sauce        1 tbsp
Oil                                 1 tbsp
Sesame oil                   1 tbsp
Cornflour                      2 tbsp
White pepper                half tsp
Ingredients For Sauce
Black  Soya Sauce           2 tbsp
Light Soya Sauce             2 tbsp
Balsamic vinegar             1 tbsp
Vinegar                               1 tbsp
Oil                                        1 tbsp
Sesame oil                          1 tbsp
White pepper                       pinch
Salt                                       pinch
Garlic cloves                        2 chopped
Ginger slices                         5 slices
Red botton pepper                 6
Roasted peanuts                    1/4 cup 4 tbsp
Capsicum                                  1 chops
Method
Firstly merinated chicken above merinated ingredients and set aside.
Mix all sauce ingredients and set aside.
Roasted peanuts in a 2 tbsp oil and set aside.
In a pan add 2 tbsp oil and add merinated chicken and cook till golden.
In a pan add 2 tbsp oil and add red pepper corn botton chillies and stir add merinated chicken , ginger,garlic, add sauce , capsicum and cook and add roasted peanuts and cook then serve with rice.
