Strawberry Souffle

Ingredients :
 Strawberries 1-1/2 Cups
Whipy whip cream 1 Cup
Condensed milk 1 tin
Gelatin powder 1 tbsp
Cold water 4 tbsp
Strawberries For garnish
Whipy whip cream For garnish
Method
Mix gelatin powder in 4 tbsp cold water and set aside.
Make strawberry puri and set aside.
Whipped whipy whip cream with beater and set aside.
Mix all ingredients except gelatin mixture and blend aur use hand beater and last mix gelatin mixture and beat and pour in jelly mould and keep in a freezer for overnight or 3 to 4 hours.
You can gelatin mixture add in strawberry juice aur puri also and than blend.
When soufle freeze perfectly than decorated with whipy whip cream and strawberry sauce and strawberries and serve.
