ALOO PALAK AUR HARI MIRCHOON KE PAKORE

Ingredients :
Besan gramflour 2 Cups...
oil 2 tbsp
Onion pisi howi
garlic 3 garlic cloves
Dhaniya crush 2 tbsp
Zeera Crush 1 Tbsp
Red pepper crush 2 tbsp
Anar dana pisa howa 1 Tbsp
Hara Dhaniya corriender 1 bunch
Hari mirch green pepper 5 se 6
Palak spinch few leaves
Aloo 2 se 3 round cutting
Oil For frying
Method Onion aur garlic ko grind kar ke besan main shaamil karain.Tamam ingredients besan main millain oil shaamil karain. Palak ke patte wash kar ke besan se coat kar ke tall lain. Aloo ko round patla kaat kar besan main dip kar ke tal laim Isi tarha mirchoon onion rings bhi fry karin aur iftar ke time serve karain. Duaoon main yaad rakhain.
Note :
Main hamesha onion aur garlic besan ke pakoroon main daalti hoon is se pakore bahut soft bante hain aur sakht bhi nahi hote andar se.
Grind onion and garlic and mix in gramflour,Then add all ingredients in a gramflour. add spinch leaves dip in gramflour mixture and fry till brown. Along with onion rings , round cutting potatoes and green chillies coating in gramflour mixture and deep fry. and serve in iftari .
