ALOO CHOLE CURRY

Ingredients :
CHICKPEA CHOLE 2 Payali
Aloo POTATO Half Kg...
Ginger Garlic Paste 1tbsp
Crush red pepper 2 tsp
Haldi Termeric half tsp
Dhaniya powder Corriender 2 tbsp
Pomegranate powder 1 tbsp
Crush Zeera Cumin 1 tsp
Crush Corriender 1 tbsp
Green chillies 3 to4
Corriender Leaves for garnish
Method : Wash and soak chickpea (chole) keep overnight. Raat bhigo kar rakh dain subha boil karain.
Boiled chickpea in pressure cooker for 50 minutes aur pan 2-3 hours.
Heated oil in a pan add ginger garlic paste and cook for 1 minute.Add potato aloo and all above sizzlings add all masalas and cook till potato is tender.Then add chickpea and cook more 5 minutes. Cover a lid and cook till done. then dam for 2 minutes nd serve.
