Khandviyaan With Curry





AssalamOAllikum members aaj koi meat , chicken , beef nahi balke Khandviyaan ho jayain.
Ye recipe meri chachi hain ammi aur chachi ki hai bahut bachpan main kgate the ham log meri ammi besan main ajwain , zeera, red pepper powder aur dahi daal kar banati thi aur tawe per daal kar pani daal kar use phelati thin. Dahi se ye pan main chipakta nahi is liye dahi daalte hain. Maine tu besan ka dough banaya hai aur phir dough ko pan oil se grease kar ke cook kiya phir set hone rakh diya aur phir squre pieces main kaat liya is tarha khandviyaan tiyaar hain

Ingredients For KgandviGram flour besan 2 Cups
Ajwain 1 tsp
Cumin seeds zeera crush 1 tsp
Corriender seeds crush dhaniya 1 tsp
Yogurt 2 -3 tbsp
Onion garlic 1 garlic clove and half onion pissi howi
Salt half tsp
Red pepper powder 1 tsp
Ingredients For Curry
Onion 1 large
Ginger garlic paste 1 ,1 tbsp
Tomato 3
Yogurt 4 tbsp
Fenugreek seeds methi dana 1 /4 tsp
Mustered seeds rai dana 1 tsp
Red pepper powder 1-1/2 tsp
Corriender powder 2 tbsp
Termeric powder 1 /4 tsp
Salt half tsp
Green chillies for garnish
Corriender leaves for garnish
Method for khandviyaan:
Mix all khandviyaan ingredients with some water and make a dough and set aside.
Grease fry pan with oil and spread all gram flour dough and make round roti and cook than keep to set a dough than cut into square pieces ans set aside.
Method for Curry:Heated oil in a pan fry 1 large onion till brown.And leave onion in a pan and grind with tomato and yogurt. Piyaaz ko tamatar aur dahi ke saath grind karna hai aur alag rakg dain.
Heated oil in a pan add methi dana aur rai dana aur is ko karkarayain than addginger garlic paste and cook for 2 minutes. Add red pepper powder, dhaniya powder , haldi aur salt and cook than add onion and dahi mixture aur dahi ke dry hone tak pakayain.
Curry ko achchi tarha bunain jab bhunia ho jaye aur kinaroon se oil alag ho jaye tu pani daal kar curry tiyaar karain. Thori derr pakayain phir khandviyaan shamil kar ke 5 minute aur pakayain.
End main green chillies aur hare dhaniye se garnish kar ke serve karain.
