Singaporeon Rice
Recipe Sumaira Nadeem
Ingredients :
Rice 2 Cups
Noodles 1 packet
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Garilc 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Soya sauce 4 tbsp
Chilli sauce 2 tbsp
For Sauce :
Water half cup
Chicken powder 1 tbsp
Soya sauce 2 tsp
Chilli sauce 2 tsp
Mustered paste 1 tsp
Tomato paste 2 tsp
Tomato ketchup 2 tsp
Siriacha sauce 2 tsp
White pepper 1 tsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Salt half tsp
Mayoniese 1 tsp
Vegetables :
Cabbage half bunch
Capsicum 2
Peas half cup
Shredded chicken 3 chicken boneless
Chicken chunks 4 to 5
Method :
Boiled rice and cook in a oil add salt , black pepper, chilli sauce 2 tsp garlic cloves ,soya sauce and stir for 2 minutes and set aside.
Boiled noodles and cook ina oil add salt, black pepper, chilli sauce, white pepper. Cook for 2 minutes and set aside.
Stir all vegetables in oil ginger garlic paste , white pepper , black pepper, soya sauce , chilli sauce and set aside.
Make sauce add all sauces with black pepper ,mustered paste or powder, chicken powder, soya sauce , chilli , siraracha sauce and cook and set aside.
Grease dish and layered rice than noodles than vegetables and sauce and bake for 5 to 8 minutes and serve hot
