Shaljam bhurta bhujiya

 Heated oil fry onion and saute for 2 minutes.
 Add ginger garlic paste
 Boiled turnip than meshed with potato mesher
 Tomatoes
 Green chillies
 Red pepper powder, salt, haldi and crush corriender
 Fryonion add ginger garlic paste cook for 2 minutes than add tomatoes and cook till tender.

 
Than add all sizzlings lal mirch powder(Red pepper powder) haldi (termeric) namak(salt )crush dhaniya( crush corriender).


 
Than add all sizzlings lal mirch powder haldi namak crush dhaniya

 Jab tamater naram ho jayain if tomatoes tender than add meshed shaljam
 Achchi tarha cook karna hai shaljam ko pani khushk hone tak

 
Bhunai karni hai


1 tsp sugar add karni hai

Ingredients :
Shaljam turnip 1 kg
Onion 1 medium
Ginger garlic paste 1 , 1 tbsp
Tomatoes 2
Dahi Curd 2 tbsp
Tomato puri 2 tbsp
Red pepper powder 1-1/2 tsp
Termeric haldi half tsp
Crush corriender 1-1/2 tsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Green chillies 4 to 5
Corriender leaves few leaves
Oil half Cup
Sugar 1 tsp

Method:
Boil shaljam in a pan till boiled and than meshed with potato mesher and set aside.
Heat oil fry onion for 2 minutes add ginger garlic paste cook for 1 minutes add tomatoes, dahi , red pepper powder , haldi,
Crush corriender and cook till tomatoes tender and cook. Add mesh turnip shaljam and cook till cook and water is dry. In the end add 1 tsp sugar.Add green chillies.
Garnish with green chillies and corriender leaves.
