Ingredients For Sponge :
Eggs 8
Floue 8oz
Suger 8oz
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Baking powder 2 tsp
Whipping cream for frosting
Purple,green color
Method
Preheated oven for 180 c degree. Grease your pans with oil. Line your pans with butter paper.
Beat eggs for 10 to 15 min. Gradually add caster suger beat eggs becomes double in volume. End beating and fold flour mixture very gently
Grease 2 8 " by 8" pans pour mixture in a pans keep in preheated oven for 40 mins
Ya apne gas oven ke hisaab se.
Inserted toothpick in a center of cake becomes comes out clean. Cool in a wire rack.
Make Butter Cream
Butter Cream Ingredients :
Butter                              250 g
Icing Sugar                       400 g
Vanilla essence                 1 tsp
Milk                                 2 Tbsp
Beat butter and icing suger add vanilla essence and if you need than add 2 tbsp of milk butter cream icing ready for icing the cake . Cake cut into center make 2 piece than frosting. Make double color butter cream flowers and serve.
