Printed SWISS ROLL With Cream Cheese Frosting :
Ingredients For Pattern :
Butter 7 Tbsp
Sugar 3/4 Cup
Eggs 3
Flour 1 Cup
Food colors grey,blue and red
Method :
Beat butter & sugar till creamy add 1 by 1 3 eggs and beat than add flour and well mix. Batter divided into 3 parts. pour in 3 bowls. 1st bowl add grey color, 2nd bowl add blue color in 3rd bowl add red color and well mix and pour in piping bags and draw your desired pattern.and keep refrigerated in half hour to set. than preapare your swiss roll.
Ingredients For Swiss Roll :Make Two Batters
Egg Whites 4
Sugar 1/4 Cup
Cream of Tarter 1 tsp
2ND Batter Ingredients :
Egg Yolks 4
Sugar 1/4 Cup
Butter 4 Tbsp
Flour 3/4 Cup
Cream Cheese Frosting :
Cream Cheese 8ounce
Icing Sugar 400 g
Blue food color Pinch
Method :
Firstly Beat egg whites sugar and cream of tarter till egg whites fluffy and soft peaks than beat egg yolks , sugar till creamy and well mix add butter and flour and beat and mix well.
Than take pattern and leave the pattern paper and keep pattern paper down than pour swiss roll mixture in it and level in a swiss roll pan 13" by 9 " with spatulla and bake for 180c degree for 10 to 15 minutes. Swiss Roll is ready
