GUJIYA MEETHE SAMOSE
Ingredients :
Flour 2-1/2 Cups
Ghee ya Oil 1/4 Cup
Water For kneading
Oil For Frying
For Filling :
Semolina 4 Tbsp
Coconut ka burada 3 Tbsp
Sugar 1 Cup
Dry Milk Powder 2 Tbsp
Dry Fruits Mix 1 Cups Chopped
Illaichi Powder 1 Tsp
Khoya optional Half Cup
Method :
.First roast (suji ) semolina and coconut for 2 mins and keep it aside. .cool it down.after it take bowl add suji khoya, sugar illaichi powder and dry fruits mix it well..stuffing is ready for gujiya or sweet Samose.
Method For dough :
Take bowl add maida(flour) oil and water.make a smooth dough.rest it for 10 mins.
Take small ball of dough and make small D shape samosas and fill this stuffing in it and give it half circle shape and seal it's edges with folk or your fingers.And use D shape cutter for make gujiya or sweet D shape samosas.
.Heat ghee and fry till it golden brown on medium flame. Shift this in to kitchen towel to observe excess oil.
