French Hearts :
Recipe Sumaira Nadeem
Ingredients : Puff Pastry
Maida  (flour)                 2- 1/2 Cups
Unipuff  Master puff       250 g
Salt                                1 tsp
Oil                                 4 tbsp
Baking powder              1 tsp
Method :
Aik puff pastry lain use balain aur rectangular shape bale lain phir egg brush se lagain. Phir chini us pe phela dain. Ab is ko dono kinaroon se fold karna hai end main dono ko utah lain aur knife se kaat lain aur bake karain 200 degree pe 20 to 25 minutes aur setve karain
FRENCH HEARTS : 

Ingredients:
Puff Pastry Dough as required
Sugar as required
Eggs (beaten) 2

Method:
Roll the dough to a thin rectangular sheet, brush with egg and put sugar on it lavishly. Roll it from both sides equally, then lastly overlap both on top of each other. Chill for 15 min then with sharp knife, cut it into slices and put it in a tray, bake it for 10 min, take it out from oven turn the French heart and re-bake for 10 min.
