Vegetable Biryani Ingredients :
Rice 3 pao , Payali
Onion 1 medium ,
ginger garlic paste 1,1 tbsp ,
Gajar , Carrot 2
Cabbage half bunch
Peas half cup
Shimla mirch 2
Black pepper corn 5
Mint leaves few leaves
Biryani masala half packet
Tomato 2
Dahi 2 tbsp
Black cardamon 2
Green cardamon 4
Cloves 4
Cinnamon stick 1
Red pepper half tsp
Salt half tsp
Method :
Rice ko mint leaves aur black pepper corn cinamon stick cloves daal ke boil kar lain jab boil ho jaye tu alag rakh dain 1 medium onion fry karain ginger garlic paste daal ke 1 minute pakaain cloves, green & black cardamon daal kar pakain aur saath hi biryani masala tomato aur dahi bhi shamil karin. ab tamam vegetables daal ke 5 minute pakain cabage end main daalian take zyada gal na jaye 2 minutes pakaain aur alag rakh dain ya tu app rice isi main shamil kar ke serve karain ya rice aur vegetables miture ki layers laga kar dam dain. Dam pehle 2 minutes tez aanch per aur phir 5 minute low fire pe dam lagana hai . Than serve with green chatni and Raita
