Spaghetti Bolognese

Ingredients :
Spaghetti 1 packet
Mince half kg
Onion chopped 1 medium
Garlic paste 1 tbsp
Shimla mirch 2
Black pepper 1 tsp
Oil 4 tbsp
Tomato paste 2 tbsp
Red chilli garlic paste 2 tbsp
Red chilli sauce 2 tbsp
Tomato puri 4 tbsp
Soya sauce 2 tbsp
Oregano 1 tsp
Chedder & mozzarella 1 Cup
Method :
Boil the spaghetti in boiling salted water for 5-7 minutes and drain under cold running water. Add oil and mix. Set aside.
In a pan heat oil. Add onion , garlic and shimla mirch and fry 1 minute.
Add veil, beef mince and cook for 2 minutes add little water and cook.
Add tomatoes, tomato puri , paste, chili garlic sauce , black pepper and salt and fry for 5 minutes.
Add 4 cups of water and bring it to a boil and cook on low heat covered for 20 minutes. Uncover and cook for 5 minutes add tomato ketchup chilli garlic sauce and soya sauce. Add spaghetti and fold. Add chedder or mozzarella cheese . Serve hot
