Sarsoon Ka Saag Aur Makai ki Roti

Ye meri ki recipe hai jise main follow karti hoon. Hum log bilkul saag ko mesh nahi karte balke thora khara kgara rakhte hain
Gujar kgan wale is tarha banate hain and makai kashmir se aaya howa makai ke aate ki roti banayi hai

Ingredients :
Sarsoon ka saag Mustered leavesa 2 bunch
Palak Spinach 2 bunch
Methi leaves fenugreek leaves 2 bunch
Bathoo ka saag 1 bunch
Soya( Dill) 1 bunch
Garlic cloves 4 to 5
Red crush pepper 1 tap
Haldi half tsp
Dhaniya powder 2 tbsp
Tomato 2 optional
Curd half Cup
Butter 2 tbsp
Cumin seeds 1 tsp optional
Oil 4 tbsp
Green chilies 4 to 5
Method :
Wash palak, methi aur Sarsoon ka saag and cut. Wash very well in water than cut.
Sarsoon ke saag ki danddiyaan bhi katthe hain aik makhsoos tarika hai kAtne ka.
Aur alag rakh dain.
Boil 3 saag or green leaves altogether with green chillies and garlic clovesand with curd till done. Saag ko mesh nahi karna pissna nahi hai.Dry saag in curd till water is dry.
Heated oil add garlic cloves and saute for 1 minute than add crush red pepper, haldi termeric , dhaniya powder corriender seeds along with saag and cook for 5 minutes till done. In the end add butter 2 tbsp and serves.
Aap chahain tu tomato , lemon juice and cumin seeds daal sakte hain lakin main nahi daalti ye wase hi bahut mazedarr banta hai. CHAHEN TU SAAG KO BOIL KARTE WAQT GREEN CHILLIES KE SAATH crush red pepper daal sakte hain lakin ye tarka lagaye waqt hi daalain tu maze ka bane ga.

Makai ka aata 2 cup
Wheat flour Aata 1 cup
Salt
Method
Dono ko mix kar ke goondna hai knead karna hai rest dain phir rotiyaan bNa lain.
And serve.
