Potato Filled Buns & Bread
Recipe Sumaira Nadeem
Ingredients :
Flour maida 2-1/2 Cup
Yeast 1 sachet
Dry Milk powder 2 tbsp
Egg 1
Oil 4 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Warm water half Cup
Porato filling ingredients:
Potatoes Aloo 4 to 5
Flour maida 1 -1/2 tbsp
Butter 1 tbsp
Chicken yakhni 2 tbsp
Milk 1 /4 Cup
Black pepper 1 tsp
Red pepper powder 1 tsp
Crush corriender 1 tbsp
Green pepper 2 to 3
Corriender leaves few leaves
Oil 2 tbsp
Garlic 2 cloves garlic
Method :
Knead dough and rise for 2 to 3 hours. And set aside .
Boiled and meshed the potatoes and set aside.
Make filling add oil than add garlic cloves and cook for 1 minute than add shreded chicken ,maida ,butter and yakhni and cook. Than add black pepper , red pepper powder , crush corriender and cook and add milk and cook till done and set aside.
Than make flower bread, buns and fish shape bread and serve.
