HEART SHAPE SWISS ROLL
Ingredients For Pattern
Eggs yolks 3
Butter 7 tbsp
Flour 1 Cup
Sugar 3/ 4 Cup
Food colors purple & Red
Heart pattern paper 1
Ingredients For Cake Roll
Make 2 batter:
Egg whites 4 nos
Sugar 1/ 4 Cup
Cream of tarter 1 tsp
Batter 2 ingredients:
Egg yolks 4 nos
Sugar 1 / 4 Cup
Butter 4 tbsp
Flour 3/ 4 Cup
Ingredients for frosting :
Cream cheese 8 ounce
Icing sugar 2 Cups
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Cream half Cup
Method For Pattern
Beat butter and sugar till creamy add 3 egg yolks and beat than add flour and beat than batter divided into 2 parts pour in two bowls.In 1 bowl add purple color than in other bowl add red color to make heart and dots.
Make a pattern or photocopy the pattern and make heart than dot than heart than dot make 5 to 8 heart and dot for 1 line and freeze in 30 minutes in freezer.
Method for Swiss roll
Firstly beat egg whites , sugar and cream of tarter than set aside.
Secondly beat egg yolks, sugar, butter and flour and vanilla essence than mix egg whites mixture into egg yolks mixture mux very well .
Put patten paper on baking pan and pour swiss roll mixture on pattern and nicely level all mixture and bake for 180 degree
For 10 to 13 minutes
Than roll swiss roll with butter paper keep in 2 sides than roll and set for 30 minutes in fridge. After 30 minutes icing the cream cheese frosting and than roll again and set for more 20 to 30 minutes than cut and serve
