Ingredients : For Sponge
Eggs 12 nos
Caster Sugar 12 ounce
Flour 12 ounce
Baking powder 2 tsp
Vanilla essence 2 tsp
Edible print 1
Baking pan 10 "
Whipped cream 1 packet
Method :
Preheated oven in 180 C degree. Line your baking pan with butter papaer. Grease your ppan with oil.
Beat eggs gradually add caster sugar. Beat eggs for 10 minutes becomes double in volume. Than stop beating add flour mixture and fold with spatula . Add 2 tbsp at a time in eggs mixture. Pour mixture in baking pan.
Bake for 180 degree for 35 to 40 minutes.
Inserted skewer in a center of cake becomes comes out clean.
Decorate with whipped cream
