Chicken & Green Vegetables Macaroni
Ingredients :
Chicken shreded 4 boneless boti
Kolson elbow macaroni 1 packet
Olive oil 3 tbsp
Chicken yakhni 1/4 cup
Onion chopped 1 medium
Garlic chopped 3 garlic cloves
Shimla mirch capsicum 2
Cabbage band gobi half bunch
Thai green curry paste 2 tbsp
Green chilli garlic sauce 2 tbsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Soya sauce 2 tbsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
Coconut milk or cream half Cup
Method :
Use 4 liter of water. Bring water to a rapid boil and add salt to taste. Add a packet of macaroni and cook uncovered for 22 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Drain well.
Set aside.
Heat 3 tbsp olive oil in a pan add onion and garlic and cook for 1 minute. Than add chicken and sauté 6 minutes or until done on a medium high heat.
Than add shimla mirch capsicum and cook add thai green curry paste and chicken yakhni 2 tbsp and cook add cabbage, green chilli garlic sauce ,soya sauce, black pepper and salt and cook than add half cup coconut milk and add macaroni and cook.
Than off the flame and serve hot.
