1 Tier Topsy Turvy Cake
Ingredients : For Sponge
Eggs 14 nos
Caster sugar 14 ounce
Flour (maida) 14 ounce
Baking powder 3- 1/2 tsp
Coco powder 4 ounce
Vanilla pod 1 or essence 2 tsp
Whipy whip cream for frosting
Tools Required
Cake pan 8" by 8" 2 pans
Piping bags 3 to 4
Nozzles 3
Turn table
Offset spatula
Palatte knife
Mixing bowls
Hand or machine beater
Method :
Preheated oven to 180 c degree .
Line your baking pans with butter paper.
Grease your pan with oil spray or brush oil.
Beat eggs for 5 minutes than gradually add sugar, add 1 tbsp at a time than beat eggs becomes double in volume for about 10 to 15 minutes.
Than fold flour with silicon spatula for folding flour & cocopowder mixture.
I use my hand for fold flour for Naeem chef
Recipe because its easy for mixing very well mix.
Pour mixture in 8 by 8 inch pans. I make
4 sponge cake and I use 2 8 by 8 inch cake pans .
Bake for 180 c degree to 25 to 30 minutes.
Inserted tooth pick or cake tester in center of a cake becomes comes out clean.
Cool in a wire rack.
Than cake cool completely tham moist your cake with milk aur fruit syrup.
Than apply whipy whip for first cake.
Than 2nd, 3rd and last 4th cake.
Than in a first cake cut in a bottom to top
Diagnle shape and keep piece in top.

Card rakh kar naap kar 6 inch ka ho
Cut kar ke topsy turvy shape deni hai
Phir mazeed cream lagani hai ke shape aa jaye.
