TOMATO KETCHUP

TOMATO KETCHUP 
Ingredients :
Tomato                                         2 Kg
Red Pepper Powder                     1 tsp
Sugar                                            250 g
Vinagar                                         Half Cup
Ginger garlic Paste                        1tsp
Salt                                               1 tsp
Red Color                                     half tsp
METHOD :
2 kilo tomatoes Chop  in big cubes into large pieces.
Boiled without water for 30 to 40 minutes and than blend and strain puree with a fine sieve.
2. Add all the remaining ingredients and cook till ketchup consistency reached.
3. Cool, fill in sterilized bottle.
