Thai Coconut Red Curry Spaghetti
Boiling Method :
Use 5 to 8 liters of water. Bring water to a rapid boil and add salt to taste. Add a packet of kolson spaghetti and cook uncovered for 12 to 15 minutes, stirring occassiinally. Drain well and serve.
Ingredients:
Chicken chunks 10 to 15
Red shimla mirch 1
Chopped garlic 3 garlic cloves
Black pepper 1 tsp
Crush red pepper half tsp
Salt half
Red curry paste 3 tbsp
Red chilli sauce 2 tbsp
Coconut cream 1 tin
Water for sauce half Cup
Chicken cube 1
Oil 3 tbsp
Sweet red chilli sauce 2 tbsp
Soya sauce 2 tbsp
Method :
Heat oil add chopped garlic and cook for 1 minute. Add chicken chunks and cook till brown than add red shimla mirch and cook.Add chicken cube and some water and cook add black pepper , crush red pepper salt and cook than add thai red curry paste, sweet chiili sauce , chilli sauce, soya sauce and cook for 2 minutes than coconut milk or cream and cook. In the end add spaghetti and serve
