ROSE PETALS & HONEY SAUCE CHICKEN STEAK












Rose Flower Filled Chicken Ala Kiev:
Ingredients for merinate chicken:
Chicken breast 2 pieces
Ginger garlic paste 1,1 tbsp
Lemon juice 2 lemons
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
White pepper powder half tsp
Soya sauce 2 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Oil 2 tsp
Ingredients for filling:
Rose flowers petals 8 to 10 nos
Parshlay half bunch
Cheddar cheese half cup
Black pepper 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Crush red pepper half tsp
Ingredients for coating
Egg 1
Cornflakes half cup
Pamesan cheese half cup
Oil for frying
Method :
First of all washed chicken than merinate with above ingredients for 30 minutes than chicken breast cut in center to make a hole.
Chicken breast ko darmiyaan se cut lagana hai phir us ko fill karna hai.
Filling prepare karne ke liye rose petals , parsley, chedder cheese, black pepper and salt.
Mix well togather and fill in chicken breast.
Coating in eggg than cornflakes mixture than fried chicken for 10 to 15 minutes for deep fry chicken and serve.
  2ND RECIPE Rose Flower & Honey Sauce Steakes:
Ingredients for merinate chicken :
Chicken Breast 2 pieces
Ginger garlic paste 1 ,1 tbsp
Lemon juice 2 lemons
Soya sauce 2 tsp
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Crush red pepper 1 tsp
Ingredients for Sauce :
Rose petals 8 nos
Chicken cubes 1 cube
Water half cup
Rose essence half tsp
Red color 1 drop
Honey 4 tbsp
Corn flour 1 tbsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Crush red pepper half tsp
Method :
Merinated chicken with above ingredients for 1 hour and set aside.
Making Sauce : Add oil 2 tbsp add onion and 1 clove garlic and saute for 1 minute. Add chicken cube and water and cook add black pepper, crush red pepper , rose essence, honey and roses petal ( pattiyaan).And add cornflour to thick gravy .
Than grill two steaks from 2 sides cook 1 by 1 15 minutes for 1 side cook.
Than serve steaks with Rose flower and honey sauce and boiled vegetables. And serve.
