Qeema (mince) Pulao

Ingredients :
Qeema 3 pao
Rice 3 pao
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
Oil half cup
Black cardamon 2
Cloves 4
Cinnamon darchini 2 sticks
Green cardamon 4
Crush zeera 1 tbsp
Crush corriender 1 tbsp
Red pepper powder 2 tsp
Haldi half tsp
Tomato 3
Onion 2 medium
Water 5 Cups
Method:
Heated oil fry onion till brown. Add ginger garlic paste and cook for 1 minute. Add qeema (mince) and cook till the water is dry
and well cook. Add red chilli powder, haldi, crush zeera, crush corriender (dhaniya) and tomato and cook well than add water 5 cups to make yakhni cover with lid and simmer for 1 hour.
Than add rice and cook till done.
Make dam and cook to rice for 2 minutes high flame than 10 minutes for low flame.
Serve with green chatni
