Peach Panna Cotta

Ingredients :
Milk 900 ml
Whipy whip cream 900ml
Gelatin 2 Tbsp
Water 1/ 4 Cup
Peach essence 1 tsp
Peach puri 1 - 1/2 cup
Peach slices 10- 15 or 1 tin
Whipy whip cream 1 cup for frosting
Method :
milk or whipy whip cream ko bahut halki aanch per pakana hai.
Gelatin 2 tbsp ko 1/4 cup pani main daal kar kuch daer alag rakh dain phir chole per pakana hai halki aanch per boil aane se pehle chole band kar dain. Aur alag rakh dain.Milk aur cream ko bhi boil aane se pehle chohl band kar dain. Peach essence bhi shamil karain.Ab is main gelatin mix karain aur achchi tarha mix karna hai. Panna cotta mould ko gease kar lain oil ke saath. Phir panna cotta mixture ko mould main daal dain phir in ko freezer main set hone rakh dain 3 to 4 gante (hours) ke liye.
1 and half cup tin main se peach syrup aur peaches nikaal lain in ko blender main blend kar lain .
Aik saucepan main peach puri daalain peach essence, sugar 2 tbsp daal kar pakain ke peach sauce thick ho jaye achi gari ho jay jaye tu mould se nikaal kar opper sauce daal kar aur peach slices rakh kar serve karain ya aap is ko glass jar main bhi set kar ke serve kar sakte hain its up to you.
