Palak Paneer

Ingredients :
Palak (Spinach) 2 bunch
Paneer (Cottage Cheese) 8 to 10 cubes
Garlic cloves 4
Red pepper powder 1 tsp
Haldi(termeric) half tsp
Corriender powder 1 tbsp
Crush zeera 1 tsp
Crush dhaniya Corriender 1 tsp
Green chillies 4 to 5
Butter 2 tbsp
Lemon juice 1 lemon
Method :
Make homemade paneer Homemade Paneer recipe or buy 1 packet in a market cut into squre cubes and fry till golden and set aside.
Wash and soak spinach or palak in a water and cook in a very low flame or little water till palak leaves water. Dry the water till little mesh spinach (paĺak). Set aside.
Heated oil and add garlic cloves and cook for 1 minutes till saute add red pepper powder, haldi( termeric), corriender powder, crush zeera and corriender , green chillies and cook than add palak in it and cook till done.
In the end add lemon juice 1 lemon, butter 2 tbsp and paneer cubes and serve.
