NARGISI KOFTA CURRY :
Ingredients FOR KOFTAS :
VEIL MINCE Half kg
Bunne Channe (Gram seeds) Half packet
Crush Cumin Seeds (Bunna zeera) 1 TBSP
Crush Corriender seeds 1 TBSP
Red Pepper Powder 1- 1/2 TSP
All Spice POwder 2 TBSP
Ginger garlic Paste 1,1 TBSP
Fried Onion Half Cup
Onion Powder 1 TSP
Bread Slices 2 Slice
Green Chillies 3
Corriender leaves Half Bunch
Ingredients For Curry :
Onion 1 large
Ginger garlic Paste 1,1 TBSP
Tomatoes 3 nos
Curd (Dahi) Half Cup
Red Pepper Powder 2 TSP
TERMERIC Powder Half TSP
CORRIENDER Powder 2 TBSP
ALL SPICE Powder 1 TBSP
Green Chilli & Corriender leaves For Garnish
METHOD FOR KOFTAS :
Mix all ingredients in mince Red pepper powder, Bunne channa, Bunna zeera (Cumin seeds), daniya powder(Corriender seeds crush), all spice powder etc and set aside.
Boiled 5 eggs and set aside.
Hands grease with oil and make a mince ball and keep egg in center of mince and make oval shape .
Qeeme ko hand pe round pehla kar egg us main rakhna hai phir us ko achi tarha oval shape main la kar band kar dena hai make 5 oval shape ball and set aside.
Than fry in oil these koftas. Ab oil main koftoon ko fry karna hai ke golden ho jayain. Aur alag rakh dain.Than set aside.
Heated oil in a pan and fry onion till golden and leave from pan . Than blend with yogart and tomatoes and set aside.
Heat oil and add ginger garlic paste cook for 2 minutes. Than add blended onion, yogart and tomatoes and cook than add all sizzlings, red pepper powder, termeric powder ( Haldi), Daniya powder ( corriender powder), and cook till gravy until thick. Than add some water till curry gravy done.
Koftas fry in oil till golden.
Than add in a gravy and cook for few minutes and than flame off garnish with green chilli and corriender leaves and serve.
